The disposable medical mask production project of Xiangyang Yingle Hygiene Products Co., Ltd. is a new disposable medical mask production project approved by Xiangyang Municipal Government and Xiangzhou District Government during the COVID-19 prevention and control period on February 13 this year. The project plan requires Xiangyang Yingle Company to build a new disposable medical mask production line using the existing production site for hygiene products, with a designed daily production capacity of 1.2 million pieces.         

Xiangyang Yingle Hygiene Products Co., Ltd. has been focusing on the hygiene products industry for more than 20 years, with qualifications and experience in the production of first - and second-class medical devices such as medical pads and gynecological pads. It is a well-known enterprise in the hygiene products industry in Hubei Province. Xiangyang Yingle Company has invested more than 12 million yuan since resuming work on February 14th to build a new disposable medical mask production line. It has built a 340 square meter dust-free production workshop and is currently constructing a 1000 square meter 100000 level clean production workshop. There are currently 3 fully automatic disposable medical mask production lines and 1 semi-automatic disposable medical mask production line, with a daily production capacity of 1 million pieces. The N95 medical mask production line ordered by the company is expected to be installed and put into operation in the newly built 10 level clean workshop around April 10th, and an additional N95 medical mask production capacity of 50000 pieces per day is expected to be added at that time.         

On March 14, 2020, the protective equipment (medical mask production line) project of Xiangyang Municipal Health Products Co., Ltd. was identified by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China as the national list (the first batch) of key enterprises for the prevention and control of COVID-19. The products include adult and children's disposable medical/civilian protective masks, N95 medical masks. The company's products have been tested by qualified third-party testing institutions and the quality has reached or exceeded the national standards. We have obtained CE certification for exports from countries and regions such as the European Union, and the relevant production license for medical masks and medical devices has also been applied for certification, awaiting approval from the food and drug management department.
